What temperature for frostbite?

I sit on my porch for an hour every night and have a cigar with my face exposed even if the temperature is very cold; to me this is about twenty degrees. If it falls into the teens I do not smoke outside but have a pipe indoors. At twenty degrees and above i have never had a problem with frostbite on my nose or the exposed parts of my ears or the rest of my face. Below that temperature I do not know. As far as windchill goes my porch is three side covered and I dont get much wind. Hope this helps.
