  1. it's the humidity that really matters. some newer thermostats calculate the humidity and temperature to come up with a "feels like" temperature. We usually have ours set at 76 at around 55% humidity, but on hot drier days we can set at 77, hot humid days at 75.

    Depends on the thermostat too


  2. Try putting it on 70, it will keep your house cool

  3. At our house it's set to 82 just so it's not running all the time

  4. try setting it on 76 if that not cold enough lower it to 75 .

  5. Whatever is comfortable for you.

    I usually keep mine at around 74-75 degrees but I know that's warmer than most people like.

  6. I've always heard 76-78 in the summer and 66-68 in the winter.
