What temperature would a lake in pensylvannia be at 6am today?

That lake would be in upper 50's or lower 60's. If someone were to jump in the middle of it, they would have to worry about drowning more than anything else. Hypothermia is not very possible at that temperature if I am not mistaken. Don't feel free to jump in there though if that's what you're thinking. I am in no way guaranteeing safety.

In the 50s or 60s.  You would survive if it wasn't shallow.  If it was shallow you could severely injure yourself or die.  It would depend on how high above it you were when you jumped into it.
