  1. Diamond doesn't melt at atmospheric pressure; it sublimes. Or if oxygen is present, it will decompose into CO2.


  2. just heat your oven to 350 F

  3. It does not melt, it converts to graphite above 1700 C.  Graphite melts at some much higher temp like 3500 C but only under inert, othewise it burns
