What tension do i string my racquet ?

should i go for 48lbs or 53,55lbs ?

  1. it depend of your playing style.

    The lowest lbs your racquet is stringed, the higher speed the ball gets.

    But with more tention, you will be able to give strongest spin effects to the ball, and it will require you more arm power (and also can lead to more arm injuries if you lift stronger and a lot).

    Power is lower tension and control is higher tension.
