ok, I may be missing something here.

isn't TASTE OF CHAOS supposed to be 30 Seconds to Mars' tour title? how come Kerrang use it as THEIR concerts title??

Taste of Chaos is actually a festival tour title - generally sponsored by Rockstar energy drinks to be The Rockstar Taste of Chaos tour.

30 Seconds to Mars played it in 2007

It generally has post-hardcore bands, which 30 STM isn't really, but they are probably borderline on the genre.  It was started in 2004 by Kevin Lyman who started the Warped Tour.  It often tours worldwide with different bands in different countries.
