The law & order in India is destructive in nature. All over India people are violent and destroying the properties of all Govt.& Indian people. What Indian Government should do is to hang those people who indulge in violence. The Government of India both State/Central Governments in India should cease all the properties of all people/organisations sponsoring/indulging in violence. The ceased property should be used for feeding the poor people.

The Prime Minister or Chief Minister have got all rights to issue statements on any subjects such as sensitive water problem as they are elected by people. Water is the properly of God & water should be shared by all people all over this World. Man cannot live without water even for one second. It is the duty of all Government departments to give water to all the Indian people without any fear or favour. How can man live without water? Terrorists property should also be ceased. Hang all violent people. What is your opinion?

  1. India is a democratic country and as with most democratic countries the decision making procedure and justice serving in India is very slow (snail pace to be more accurate). Now most citizen of India are a restless lot. They want everything to be quick and correct (these are effects of watching excessive brainwashing movies and reading The Times Of India). And when the procedure takes long they become instantly agitated and violent.

If you want to find the real culprit, it is the psychology. Indians accept things as they are and are reluctant to changes. We know that from a long time 'violent SATYAGRAHA' has been effectively used by people to get their demands meet. Also the government is adept in this procedure and listens to only those who act violently. Our media also exaggerates acts of violence out of proportion and makes it head-lines and the participant 'heroes'. Have you ever seen the news of a 'peaceful Bhook-Hartal' on the front page?(unless of course a prominent person is leading it for self-profit). The answer is mostly NO!. But whenever a act of violence occurs it is printed countrywide. Now tell me is violence not a sure shot way of getting heard. Besides it much easier to curse the government rather than doing thing ourselves. Also to add most people are lazy in this glorious country and those who are not lazy are indifferent to what is happening around them as they are busy making money most of the times.

Another culprit is the illiteracy problem. I am not talking only about those who are uneducated but those who are 'learned' illiterates. I don't think that you will find many educated people in violent happenings. So it is my opinion that the person who don't have brains are the ones who brawls.

Okay so if you are full of hearing about our shortcomings and want to do something definite first wait for the democracy system to be revised and powers to be concentrated more in the hands of eligible person and not in the hands of crooked-politicians or continue writing in a forum like me and went all your anger on someone or the other.

  2. GOI can not do all. I can not do for violence by people all over my home. It is very difficult to handle all, solve all.

  3. This is only possible in Dictatorship or Muslim nations where no chance is given to accused to defend himself

This shows India is a viberant democracy wherein PM and CMs do not have power to punish citizens

  4. Violence will be part of the human psyche for some time to come, sadly.  The question is not whether there's violence or not. The question is is there law and order to effectively deal with it. There's violence in developed countries as well, but what makes them different is that no body is above the law. Law and order is sacred for them.

  5. I think people in that country have suffered enough..if their government cant organize themselves to have LAWandORDER within that country then the terrorist will dominate the land..so on.. and so on..thats my stake on it.

  6. Ya some how I agree with you.I' m confused about the word violence. It can be of two types

    1) After complaining again & again to the concerned authority no proper steps have been taken & people become violent and start blocking roads, damaging public property etc.

    2) People become violent, ignited by a leader for some political advantage.

In the first case I think people are helpless & have no connections do get the job done so they opt for it.In the country like India there is no other way out and action should be taken against the concerned authority.

In the second case people are to be blamed. But in India there is so much of problems e.g. unemployment, lack of education, poverty etc that people think that if the minister is behind us no problem is going to occur and they hope to work as a middle men & earn money, as getting a job done without any connection is pretty tough. They'll gain some attention/power in the society.

Taking action against these people is not a permanent solution for this problem b'cos a minister can easily find someone else to do the same job. The action should be taken against the ministers. I think, its only the judiciary, if they wish to,who can take actions mentioned by you. Asking the govt (minister) to take action against a minister will not be fruitful.

    A suggestion :

How about forming a committee most concerned about the problem both sides, preferably of retired people with good knowledge and no political background nor they should be allowed to support any party publicly in future . After a discussion they give 5-6 solution of a problem & best is to be chosen by people. Govt. or minister is not going to play any part in it.

  7. As said earlier by me,these things have to be Nationalised. No political party should have any say on those natural issues.Only the Central Govt.can speak on these sort of issue. If anybody violates law and order ,they should be given a punishment , with shoot at sight order, because mostly the people involving in stone pelting on public, bus, train ,and burning national property is worthless fellow only,he only do these sort of things, and if he given death punishment, nobody involve in this type of work.

  8. the question raised is very important and concern all the people of this country.  in my view the main culprit of this state of affairs is the divisive politics being played by the politician. Every politician fights election by dividing the society on the basis of caste, religion, race, creed and place of residents.  The politicians become sympathetic to one of the communities mentioned above by creating hatred against others  and promise sky.  The other politician will show to other  community that he is the only person who is their well wisher.  This way the politicians spread hatred in the society and it become violent.  The peace can be prevailed when politicans stop fighting elections on the basis of caste, religion or on class basis.  Equality in the society has to be created.  when the govt.  discriminate a community against other community it creates bitterness leading to violent reaction.  The govt. has to see all the people with one eye.  In my view it is the govt. and the politicins responsible for the violence.

  9. You intention is very good and I am surely supporting it.

But unfortunately the whole regulatory and judiciary systems are corrupted. No way to get out of this.
