  1. you mean showjumping? the aim of the sport is plain and simple and just like any other sport : TO WIN! if you win it means lots of fame and fortune! most people ride in showjumping for the thrills and the love of the sport, but some people are in it for fame. if you're good enough, you get recruited to the olypmic teams, and you get sponsors and could even end up being in a tv commercial or a film. and lastly, show jumping is just fun.
