i am a senior in high school and I am going to college this year, my family don't have any type of health insurance so i want to get one on my own, I want the health insurance that covers dental and eyes, and any other injury i might get accidently, i am willing to work part time and pay for it every month, i wouldn't mind going to a specific doctor to be covered but i would love to pick the doctor myself tho, i am also willing to pay some fee when i visit the office everytime, i dont have big health problems except acne and i also need to remove my wisdom teeth, I take care of myself and i dont smoke, I guess that would give me a good start, I live in Indiana and prolly would go to purdue for college but the student insurance does not cover dental, so i need to get one on my own, please help me find one because i feel really unprotcted and I am tired of dealling with sicknees by myself all the time and not knowing if it is just flu or something danger, my rents are not paying for it

  1. i think aviva health insurance plan is good  for any insurance details you can visit on

http://www.insuranceplan4u.com  is very good site i think so

  2. I am going to give you some advice that will save you tons of money over your college years.  While attending the university you should first check out the services offered by your student health center.  Usually, there is no Dr's office fee and testing, medication are done and given with little or no profit.  As for the dental and vision they are a rip-off for individual policies.  They are great benefits when they come from an employer group policy but it is a whole different kind of insurance.  If you still want insurance check on the cost of the student health policy offered by a selected health company by your university.  If you are still not satisfied go to one of the popular Internet sites like http://www.lvhealthins.com and get a quote and buy it.

  3. based upon your status,I believe you should find something useful here.

  4. You are a prime candidate for a low-cost policy.

Dental is going to raise the price, however.

Recommendation:  Get an old phone book.  Open it to Insurance.  See if your town has a listing of CLUs.  If so, call the one with the same last name as you...or the next one in alphabetical order. (This keeps a guy named Adams from fielding a hundred calls.)

The Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) is a real professional.  His code of ethics requires he give you the best advice practical.  He cannot steer you wrong.

Call a CLU and get the best one for you.

  5. Health insurance doesn't cover dental and eyes.  There's health insurance, and dental insurance, and vision insurance.  The dental and vision doesn't usually pay out as much as it costs.

Your best bet is probably to get on the school's group accident policy.   A private health policy is probably going to cost you about $200 a month.

Nothing is going to cover those wisdom teeth except a dental policy - and you'll have to carry it 18 months first, and it will only pay out a maximum benefit, and 50% of the charge until you hit the limit.
