What the best rpm to shift for best gas mileage for a 250cc motorcycle?

08' or 07' Hyosung gt250r. Thanks!!! Just looking to drive normal to work and back. 6'0 220lbs.

Dealer recomended 4000 RPMS

For acceleration: The lowest possible RPM that the motor can take without jerking with 1/2 - 3/4 throttle.

For cruising: Highest gear you can be in for that speed.  Obviously you cant use 4th gear at 10mph.  

In my car I shift before it reaches 2500 RPM.  Combined with slow freeway driving I achieve about 35MPG in a car that is supposed to get 26MPG combined.
