  1. either way ?it will take time, no ways around the process.

    a fiance visa cost :455 $

a visa for an alien relative (wife) 355 $

if he comes? there will be some travel fees ,price of the trip etc.

if you get married in the Philippines? your marriage should be transcribed to the US (embassy consulate services) in the Philippines and then he goes alone home? and you wait,

if he stays in the US and file a fiance visa, (he saves the trip money) that depends on his income ? can he afford the trip?

i cannot give you any time frame on either one of the 2 , nobody knows for sure,

fiance visas are scrutinized very carefully nowadays and so will alien spouses visas,

here is the page for fiance visa, go read it if you wish ?

    http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...

this is the page for an alien relative (wifes etc. )

go read it too, you will still not know which is the fastest one after reading it ?

i wish the both of you patience and love to go trough the long process ,

  2. Your asking if you should wed in Phili or USA right? Sounds like you want to get a US Visa through a marriage with a US Citizen. If I say marry in US then you have to get visa first before you can come here and get married. If you want to marry now then marry in Phili.

  3. your papers will take years to process....

  4. which ever works best for you

  5. I would say the U.S. so you have entry into the U.S. first and you can begin to clock the time needed to become a U.S. citizen.  First, you will become a temporary resident.  If you can still show you live with him and are married, after a year or so, you become a permanent resident and the last steps a U.S. citizen. Its a very long process, lots of paperwork and expensive.  The process is long so the U.S. government can weed out marriage scams and protect the U.S. citizen who may believe that he is in love.

  6. Some mail-order match-making services provide assistance in that area of concern.

  7. immigration paperwork for entry into the united states takes years now literally. Good luck however you agree to proceed.
