I think Leinhart OR Warner would be a good fantasy pick, because you can get them REALLY REALLY late, but if they are going to do the week by week QB - or series by series or play by play QB then I dont want to have to worry about that the whole season.

So as far as you know what is the situation? and how would you handle that pertaining to fantasy football?

  1. The same thing thats going on in Denver with their running backs. you never know from week to week who to start.I would like to think Leinart is the starter because he was a top 10 draft pick. Obviously that doesn't mean anything. He is very inconsistent when he is in there. He makes a lot of bad mistakes on and off of the field.

I would steer clear of that mess. With those super talented Wr's they have you would think Leinart would be able to throw 30 Td's but i dont think that will ever happen.

  2. Some people have labeled Matt Leinhart a bust, but I disagree b/c he has not played long enough to come to that status.  I think the Cardinals are going to give Leinhart the first shot at the job since he is much younger than Warner, and was a high draft pick (think Bears with Benson vs. Thomas Jones a few seasons ago).

I would say that Leinhart is draftable late as a backup fantasy QB with upside, with Warner being more of a free agent addition during the pre-season or regular season as things develop.

  3. you could do a handcuff situation(if one gets injured you have the other qb of that team) where you take both QBs and see how that works out. im gonna assume leinart is the starter going into the regular season.
