What the cartoon programme that has been on for years?!?!?

Question

Its where the teddy bears (giraffes, ducks etc) come alive. The teddy bear wears bright orange shorts and reads a book. lol. Thats all i can remember, does anyone know it?

oh oh oh! i know what you mean, what show you're taling about!! i had a chirstmas book of it! but ive forgot what its called :| erm i think it was the teddybear tales or somthing. i will rack my brains and if i rember i will edit this, but i know what your on about and its so annoying i cant rember the name!
