What the cheapest and fastest Nationality can i get ?

i am a Palestinian refugee and i need another nationality so i can travel ,i am not registered to the UN

you will need to reigister with the UNHCR and wait to be selected to another country that way.

Apparently, they're easy to buy in eastern europe. Fake though.

You cannot buy a citizenship, and certainly cannot get one "cheap."  Fake passports cost quite a bit, and when you caught using one, you spend rather a long time in jail.  After which you are deported back home.  

Try getting a work permit to Jordan, Saudi or other muslim country.  You would be more welcome there.

Unfortunately, there is no easy solution to your situation.   If you have a Univ Degree and skill set, you may apply to a number of countries like Canada or Australia.
