What the cheapest digital camera you can buy?

at a local convenient store?

thats a round 10-20 dollars?

Never heard of one that cheap...  but there is an alternative for a one time use.   The local pharmacies with photo labs sell digital  disposal cameras for about what you are wanting to spend.  You buy the camera.. take the pictures,  return the camera and they develop the pics and give you prints or a CD.    The only other $10-20 buck camera I can think of is probably a broken one.     Thanks for reading.
