What the deal with herbal suppliments and lead contamination? should I be concerned?

When buying herbal products make sure you buy them from places that are well established and authorised to sell them. Ask an alternative therapist about it. I dont really know much about alternative medicines but i know that they do work for alot of people.

You could also seek the opinion of a pharmacist. They will probably be biased towards orthodox medicine though.
