  1. Well, for one, green tea is healthier than normal tea(black), and not to mention green tea isn't proccessed at all-it's all naturally made from green tea leaves. Plus, black tea is oxidized.

Oh, and green tea tastes better. ;P

  2. green tea evidently has more anti-oxidants

  3. If by normal tea you mean black tea, then there are many differences, even if both green and black tea come from the same plant, the tea bush.

    - Black tea is completely oxidized, but green tea is usually not oxidized.

    - Because green tea is more lightly processed and not oxidized, it contains more of the antioxidants that give tea its health benefits.

    - For the same reason, green tea contains less caffeine than black tea.

    - Green tea has a more vegetal, "grassy" taste.

    - Green tea has a green color when brewed, while black tea is much darker with brown notes.

    - Green tea is much more widely drunk on a global basis. For instance, many Asians drink only green tea, never black tea.

    - Black tea can be stored for much longer, whereas green tea loses its flavor much sooner.

  4. Green tea is healthier and taste better.

  5. i suppose you mean black tea as the normal tea, right?   green tea leaves are not oxidized.   regular tea is oxidized which gives it its black color.   this is why green tea is considered less processed than black tea and is a bit healthier than black tea.

  6. Green (green and white) tea is much higher in antioxidents than regular tea. It has 30mg of caffeine per serving. It has a lighter taste than regular tea.

Normal (black and red) tea has some antioxidents but not as much as green. It has 50mg of caffein per serving. It has a stronger taste than green tea.
