  1. One is solid and one is juice.

  2. Eating carrots was propander from World War 2. Because radar had not long been invented, so the Germans wouldn't understand the reason the allies could track their aircraft, they broadcast it was because the personnel had good eyesight from eating loads of carrots.

What is good for your eyes is eating vegetables rich in carotene and antioxidants. Check out the link

  3. Don't expect either to improve your vision...that just isn't true.

If you are eating a normal diet, you get all the vitamin A you need.

If you are living in a third world country and suffer from a vitamin A deficiency, resulting in very poor night vision, then Vitamin A will help restore that.

But it isn't going to improve near or far sightedness.

That is a silly myth that started during WW2 .

  4. Eating raw carrots is best, they're fresher and retain more of the nutrients you want. The best carrot juice I ever tasted was made by Bolthouse Farms, see if you can find some.

  5. The pulp.

  6. Basically there is no difference just the fiber, carrots have great fiber that clean u out and help u digest.

  7. First off,

    "worser" is not a word.

You have a spell check, please use it.

And fresh carrots are better for you.

They have more nutrients and stuff then the juice.

  8. the digestion...you can digest REAL carrot juice better.
