It stands for Mother I'd Like to F***.  She's definitely attractive, and she's a mother.  Of course, the term does get misused a lot (but not in this case), as it's really not just any mother, but it's supposed to be a mother of older children (at least teenagers, and really where the term comes from (teens who would like to have s*x with a friend's mom)).
