  2. Digital TV.

Most newer TV's that are cable ready can handle DTV.

Starting in February 2009 if you use an old TV that is not cable ready with an antenna you will no longer get a signal.

You need to either buy a new TV or get an adapter to convert the digital signal into an analog one for you old TV.

If your TV is newer than 1990 you are probably ok.

  3. It is Digital Televsion. If you do not have a Digital TV(such as HDTV) and you do not have cable or a satitlite...then you will probably need to buy either a new tv or and A to D converter(analog to digital) by 2009.

  4. it is digital television and it allows you to watch tv with movie quality sound and picture.
