What the heck is is weird or <span title="not???????????????????????????...">not??????????????????????...</span> normal or no?

im in 11th grade. there is a guy who i had one class with last year. i often notice him staring at me alot. like if i was in my car and he was standing near my car he would just stare at me. it sounds creepy but i didn't mind it because i started to like him. he is very normal and popular. whenever he stared i ignored it and pretended that i didn't even notice him. well so this has been going on over one year now. he still never has talked to me. i barely see him with girls though. we've barely said like 5 words to each other..and it was over one year ago in our class together last year. he sat behind me on the first day of our class together this year but i moved to be near my friends and now our seats are permanent. yesterday he was talking to my teacher in front of the class facing toward the class kinda but everyone was working. i looked at him but i kept glancing away but i don't know if he saw but why can't i bring myself to look at him? does anyone else have this problem..

i didnt read the whole thing because this iz boring and have been asked many times. If he stares at u he either likes or not like u.
