What the heck is the white pill with Watson on one side and 524 on the other??????

my girlfriend got a pill in her monthly perscription with the first day punched out and replaced with a pill that was generic looking and white. it had Watson imprinted on one side and the number 524 on the other. any idea what the heck this is?? its really weird that her prescription was tampered with.
