What the heck is wrong with my ipod?

Question

It wont cut off.

It says connected

Eject before disconnecting.

The time is stuck on 11:06.

I can't get it to do a thing.

It's a ipod Nano and it's still new. I've only had it or like 2 months. I only use it to travel and workout. I need this fix by the morniong. Please help!

The little lock is in the upper left corner. Nothing is attached to the computer right now. Have I broke my ipod??? I'm going be pissed if I did!

That sounds kind of simmilar to what mine did but mine wouldnt turn on so i went on yahoo answers and asked and someone replyed saying i should reset it!!!!!!!  i am not 100% sure how to do it but ask how to reset my ipod and it should tell you

flip the lock button back and forth several times then press the menu up button and the play button at the same time for 5 seconds. it should reboot. if that don't work RTFM.

Press eject, then there are these little two buttons on the sides of the cord thinger. Hold them down and pull it out.

hold the menu and center button until it turns off and you see the apple logo...it will reset your ipod and you wont lose anything either

Try holding the middle and top button for 10 seconds to unfreeze it. If that doesn't work, try re-formatting it.

the same thing happened to me once... I just left it like that until it ran out of batteries, then I plugged it back in to charge and it was normal again. It's just frozen.

If that doesn't work, you might want to go to an Apple store and ask them about it.
