It looks like a Saber-tooth Dogfish.  They;re seldom seen as they live in deep Antarctic waters.  Their scales are remarkably fine and hair-like, creating a fur-like appearance.  This one is especially uncommon as they're usually highly decomposed by the time they get washed up on a beach.  No one has actually seen a live one yet, and some think they don't really exist, or are some type of mammal.  The vertical tail lets us know that it is a fish, not mammal.

  11. It's ever rare and reclusive photoshop fish. None have ever been filmed alive, but many have be caught in a picture and shared over the internet.

    (That, or someone is a very talented artist... person.)
