when life just gets so d**n hard and stressfull and not just for a moment but its been like that for such a d**n long time

  1. take a breath and count to ten and do what everyone has to do


  2. Stress is a reaction to something that makes you feel threatened.  You need to figure out what that is.  It is possible that life is asking you to change something about your attitude or behavior and you have not been willing.

  3. Tell me about it, i have been going through a tough time myself i ran away for a while so i could have some fun for a while i completly blocked out everything else. then when i got back i was able to deal with things i also got alot of help form my teaches as i sent a message to a friend that some how got around the skool with the impression  that i was going to kill myself. but i also had lots of friends around me to help me.

  4. Go with the flow my friend, not a h**l of a lot you can do about it. Some day it will get better, it always does.

  6. Take a break. Seriously, go on vacation - It really does help if you're feeling the stress too much. Otherwise ask close friends for some encouragement. Life isin't always easy, so we have to learn to deal with what it brings us - It usually turns out better in the long run. Depending on your situation, a counselor or a psychiatrist can really help you too - They're there to help! Try not to think about all the stress and whatever is making you feel this way, try to think positive and about what makes you happy instead. :)

It is very important to address these concerns with your family doctor if your stress seems overwhelming, and difficult to cope with for a long period of time.  Your family physician can assess and treat you by properly informing him/her of your anxieties working with you to your recovery back to good mental and physical health, therefore get a full physical check up as well.  Ask to be referred to counselling to help you cope through your difficulties the help reduce your anxiety level/s.  Ask your physician if exercise and dietary changes may be affecting your stress level and what changes he/she would recommend if any to begin with.  In the meanwhile take soothing showers or bathe and go to bed and relax...get some zzz's.  Sometimes something as simple bed rest will make a huge difference!  Hope that helps...thanks for asking.
