  1. Offense that have to do with the administration of justice......can affect police/prosecutors, as well as citizens - resisting arrest, perjury, ignoring a summons, refusing to identify yourself to a police officer when asked, trying to bribe someone not to testify, a prosecutor offering someone a bribe to testify, misusing the 911 system, offering a bribe to a police officer/judge or elected official, failing to report a crime, filing a false police report, a doctor treating comeone who is the victim of a crime (gunshot victim) and not reporting it, concealing a fugitive, trying to force a reporter to reveal his source unlawfully or trying to get a priest/therapist to reveal info unlawfully, an elected official telling family members about bids going out so they can apply first or buy an interest in the company getting a bid, etc., etc., etc...........


  2. Its called interfering with government administration a fancy term for being in the way when police or fire or medical aid is being administered and you are told to move and you refuse because you want to get a better look.
