  1. it's a new site every day - it's just a trick - your picture isnt actually up there, they are just stealing peoples' accounts to spam other people, trying to scare them into entering their email address

if you already fell for it, change your password NOW, and tell your friend that she has already been hacked and needs to do the same

    dont fall for this scam

  2. Obviously a trick to get people to tell them their email address, so they can send spam.

  3. it's a scam.

you're friend probably fell for it and now the scammer has his/her information.

don't go on it and tell them to change their password.

  4. Dreopia.com is one of a long line of spam/phishing sites that target MySpace users with fake messages about their pics being on a certain website.

The scam's been going on since mid-2006 and literally involves hundreds of different named websites, all of which have ZERO pictures of you (or anyone else).

They are after your email address and password (so they can keep the scam going).

And they always try to trick you into thinking that you can see your pics as soon as you deal with a "free gift" reserved for you by the online friend who sent you a message about your pics being on this site.

Of course, getting the free gift involves completing some merchant offers that make the scammers money, or you get a "free ringtone" that turns out to be an automatic $10 a month added onto your cellphone bill.

The scam must be really succesful because these guys put up a new site every day.

MySpace blocks each site as fast as they pop up in the compaints file, but they're overwhelmed by all the constant scam site name changes.
