You divide into two teams, and use a somewhat small ball that you try and score into your oponents goal. You can throw the ball to your team mates, but you cannot take more than 2 steps once you get the ball. The other team can try and intercept the ball in mid-air. Some people make different variations to the rules, but that's basically what it is.
