What is is about? Why do people die for it? >.< Well, my friend asked me why and I can't give her a very nice answer..Please help me.. <33

Love is some thing you learn,, and the more you learn the more you can love,,, What it is, that you learn is ,trust,compassion, loyality, honesty, forgiveness,unselfishness,respect and what I think is the most important,, Compromise,,,,,,,,  Just a short explaination,,, If you have all of these attributes for a person, then it is a safe bet that you love them  Hope this helps.

I have no idea. seems to me people only do for one another for reasons, not love. like if your spouse got you a gift, they may say that they were just thinkin of you when they bought it, but really they know that they&#039;ll earn brownie points. real true love (if it exists) is all enduring and cannot be stopped, this is the love people die for, like the love for a child that you would give your life for in an instance no questions asked, that is the only true love. relationship love is overated, cause as soon as one partner does not be, act or do what the other wants, that so-called love mysteriously disappears. know what i mean.

Many people believe love is emotion, pain and elation, the willingness to put your brain on hold and behave all giddy.  This definition usualy ends up in unsatisfied needs and disapointment.

Over the years I have found that love is how you behave rather than how you feel. When Respect and Admiration drive you to do everything you can to promote the relationship into growing for the sake of others,  this is love.  Sacrifice is a big part of it.  Emotion will accompany it but not drive it.  A sure way to know if it is truly love ask yourself am I truly proud to be seen with this person and am I behaving in a way that makes him/her proud to be with me.
