What the h**l is up with the elite xc refs?

i was really dissapointed with the performances. the ******* refs called the best 2 fights way to early. i could even give them the kimbo one, thompson was kind of out of it, but the fight before that was ridiculous.

also it seemed like there was a lot more flailing and much less technical fighting than you see in the UFC.

what about the female doctor that was checking smith's eye out. he kept telling her its the other eye! lmao He should have been given the five minutes like the ref told him he had.

The referee did not cancel the match between Lawler and Smith, the match was canceled by the New Jersey State Athletic  Commissioner. It was completely out of the hands of EliteXC, I am sure they would have wanted the fight to continue.

dont forget, most of these guys in elite xc are up and comers. people who want to get their name out there.

and since this is a prime time event, you know that the refs and doctors are going to call the fights early. otherwise the legal system will start saying that these are human cockfights and should be illegal. and we dont want that!
