What the h**l is wrong with my ps3 controller?

i came back when i got ninja gaiden sigma (its awesome) and my controller doesn't sync when i press the ps button its fully charged and it only connects if i put the charge cable in

what do i do to make it work?

if it only happens when playing  this game, then something is wrong with the game and if this happens with your controller on all games then something is either wrong with your PS3 or the Controller, if it is with the PS3 or the controller then return it if you have warranty and if you don't have a warranty then go to a gaming store and ask them to fix the problem for you, it might cost you something but you might as well get it fixed.
