What the h**l was she doing?

I was working at mc donalds today and this family walks in, it was like 2 ladies and 3 children. Well my manager rang up their order and i was standing by (being the runner) waiting for the food so that i can put it on a tray for them (she ended up doing it instead of me, and you will see why, cause i ended up distreacted). After my manager took their order she turned around....and thats when one of the ladies (at front counter) immediatly pulled out her video camera and aimed it towards me (which is where i got distracted) ?????????? i was freaked out . and my other manager that was in the back makeing the food noticed and asked what she was doing...

Then right when my manager (at front counter) turned around to give them their food, the lady quickly put it back down immediatly....is this not weird? why would she do this? this has never happened to me before...what do you think was going on??? that was weird!! has that ever happened to you?

Only she would know, but I think she shouldn't be doing that.  Video recording is not permitted in many private businesses, and a McDonald's restaurant IS private property.  Talk to the manager who saw her and ask them how to handle it if it happens again.

i think it would be an invasion of privacy if she did that - isn't that illegal? but only that lady knows what she was doing for sure - i hope. idk, but hopefully she was only recording for memories than ANYTHING else, cuz ANYTHING ELSE seems rather suspicious.

anyways, listen to the guy who said "talk to the manager who saw what was going on". He mite be able 2 help you.
