I'm so tired of my brothers drinking and smoking pot habbits. I just ordered some clothes online, he comes homes, wears 'em, and the first thing he did was go back to his car and starts drinking and smoking with his friends" in my BRAND NEW shirt. The clothes are gonna start stinking like straight up ****. I don't like washing 'em in the washing machine because they're gonna look old and used up. Is there anyway I can keep them fresh?

I hope you do not have to share a room with your brother.  He sounds like a slob.

If you can, put a lock on your bedroom door.  If this is not possible, put a lock on your closet so he cannot access your clothes.

Do you still live with your parents?  If so, tell the parent with the most authority, what is happening, and ask them to keep him away from your clothing.

Meantime, take them to a professional laundry and direct them to make them look and smell like new again.
