What the name of a movie where a little girls father goes to war??..?

Question

He goes to war and since her mother is dead he decides to leave her at this one school where her mom attended once. There rich of course so the little girl get the best room of the school. But then they think the dad died in war and since there's no one to pay for the little girls education they make her the servant and she sleep in the attic with another little girl that's a servent as well. Then the two little girls become friends and they imagine a lot of things and stuff..i dk but its such a good movie..also it turns out the dad is not dead and come back for his daughter.

Those anyone no what movie i'm talking about?? I can't seem to remember where i saw it and the name but i really want to know.

I think i saw it on Abc Fam but i searched their web and the movie is not there..

HELP ANYONE??
