I wouldn't mind at all.  I'm pretty happy with the govt not interfering with my life so as long as that happens I can give a **** about international status.

Lets' put it this way,sport, the powers that be have diversified their portfolios, and guess, freaking what, we are left holding the bag, the formerly middle class F----d out of our retirement and jobs! We are the ones that got screwed by a lack of supervision and government mandates and controls. Look what happened to the former Soviet Union a few months after the collapse-boom, there are suddenly a dozen or more billionaires it is the other way around-remember we are now working backwards from a capitalist democracy to a totalitarian regime--- which is what "Communism" has always demonstrated.
