What the "F" is wrong with Taco Bell?

I was curious to know if everyone shared the same experiences and frustrations when ordering food at a Taco Bell drive thru. Every freaking time they get my order wrong. Statistically I can bank on 80% of my orders being wrong and I end up inside the store. Additionally, ever had someone who takes your order that can't speak english? What's up with that?!?!

Yes, they frustrate me, because EVERYTIME I order a bean burrito with red sauce, they don't put any sauce on it!!!!! Drives me crazy. And when I say "No onions", of course they gotta put lots of onions on it!!~~~

Nope. But I do notice they never put the sauce in my bag. And when did fast food stop giving napkins with to-go orders?

I agree. Taco Bell needs to seriously take a  look at order accuracy. It comes down to a management problem. They do not have someone on the line making sure orders are right. When I managed a restaurant if an order went out wrong it fell on me. Maybe they need to pay their managers more where they would actually care.
