What the skills that r tested by the google during recruitment

well im very much interested to get into google.after my btech.....right now im pursuing it frm NIT hamirpur in himachal in electronics and comm engg and google does nt come to our clg for placements ...so if situation persists i may have to go for off campusing .....so i just want to have an idea abt as to what tests do i have to pass thru to get into google.....what google looks for in its engg's.........plzz help
