Have they been given the ok by the government yet, will the merge be complete by the end of 2008?

The justice department has said yes, But the FCC is still getting input and people are lining up with things they want installed in the FCC's ok which would allow for others to buy time on the satellites, tie it with HD radio or a few other caveats.
