What theme or foods or games would u do for a 7 year old's Birthday party?

It will be at a park. All ages but mostly 6-8 yrs. I have already done a back yard carnval, barbie, princess, fish, dora party. I need ideas on every thing from food to games to decor, but kinda cheap. Thanks for any ideas. It's going to be last week of July.

hula party!  Get some tikki torches and have everyone where Hawaiian dress...

GONE "BUGGY"

decorations

butterflies made from construction paper

various bugs made from construction paper

garland of construction paper flowers and leaves

tape them around party area

Plates should be lime green  and silverware red or blue

All around the purchased cake have plastic bugs scattered around.

Party starts

As guests came in, they get a sticky nametag with a bug sticker on it

draw yourself as a bug picture craft use crayons and markers.

have pizza and chips with any kind of juice

open presents

play tag

then do cake and ice cream

pass out goodie bags

( plastic bugs, Couple of suckers and a few bug stickers)

by now party should be over.

When my youngest turned 6 we had her party in the park. Her birthday is the last week of July too. We had watermelon and strawberries, plus the usual cake and ice cream. We did basic streamers in pink and red, her cake was "Strawberry Shortcake" and so were the goodie bags. As far as activities, the playground equipment was of course a big hit, but we also took a plastic tub full of water balloons I had made that morning, and the kids had a blast with those! We just had to make sure to pick up all the balloon pieces, it is a public park after all. Have fun!
