Their newest coaster, the Maverick, was voted best ride of 2007

there are a lot of places to go im in virginia so i usually go to busch gradens europe or kings dominion. ceadr oint is good. but at busch gardens as griffion the world's first  floorless dive cosater. it takes you up to 206 and 90 degrees straight down at 70 mph and thats just the beginng

I agree with the other responses on Cedar Point. It has some of the world's best roller coasters.

Blue Streak(1st coaster at Cedar Point)

Cedar Creek Mine Ride(pretty good but not exciting)

Corkscrew(a short ride but exhilarating)

Disaster Transport(bobsled type coaster)

Gemini(racing coaster and its really fun)

Iron Dragon(suspended coaster that goes over a body of water also very exciting)

Jr. Gemini (kiddie coaster)

Magnum XL-200(one of the best steel coasters in the world its truly amazing)

Mantis(standup coaster and one of my favorites at Cedar Point)

Maverick(breath-taking 95 degree drop at the beggining and a cool ride)

Mean Streak(best wooden coaster there and very rough)

Millenium Force (my favorite ride there its EPIC)

Raptor(inverted coaster and has an amazing loop and cobra roll)

Top Thrill Dragster (2nd tallest and fastest in the world)

Wicked Twister(the best of kind. 215 feet in the air on both sides)

Wildcat(an ok ride not very long though kind of kiddie)

Cedar Point is great, but Six Flags has some great ones. Go Magic Mountain!

Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey has some awesome roller coasters. But, the "Roller Coaster Captial of America" is Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio if I'm not mistaken.
