What theme to have for my 13th?

My 13th party is coming up soon but i'm clueless as to what to do. I don't want to spend heaps of money. I was thinking pizza and dvds but i would like a theme. Nothing that is "try-hard" or expensive... Keep in mind that my birthday will be in august so probably no outdoorsy stuff and there will be about 10ish people. Thanks!

    Multiple colors, lava lamps, strobe lights, mini disco ball.

    Pizza and movies with fun atmosphere
