What things are not allowed in carry on luggage on a plane?

I haven't been on a plane since all the 9/11 protocals have been implemented.

Can I pack my shampoo, body wash, face soap, lotion, and deodorant in my carry on bag?

Can I pack my allergy meds (pills and nasal spray), and a pain reliever like advil or alleve in my carry on?

Will an under wire bra set off the metal detector, or should I buy a wireless bra? I sure don't want to be patted down or searched.

first of all everything you bring as a carry on has to follow the 3-1-1 procedure.

^ seriously this website explains it in a great way.

as far as wire bra goes, i don't think that should be a big deal. if the alarm goes off, tell them you have a wire bra on, and they may ask for you to reveal your shoulder and the top strap of the bra. this should give them evidence.

    happy flying:]
