Because of your age it is actually ilegal for you to work,and only legal under certain time restrictions.But people do no take it in to consideration unless a job in films ect.

The basics are: Name, address, how long you have lived there. Also age, gender (Not necessary) Then list other jobs you have held from the most recent to the first one at 8. Then list anything you have done in your past that would help you at this job that you are applying for. References of where you have worked should be listed, with names of people that can be contacted to answer questions about your reliability to show up to work on time, are a good worker and are responsible. Make sure you address what hours and days you are available. And PLEASE make sure you don't work too much!! Try to enjoy your summer vacation, but I understand a little spending might be needed in this economy. Good Luck!!
