I tried this "texan roll" at a japanese restaurant with my friend about a week ago and it was REALLY good. I want to make it at home, but don't know how.
I know it has the rice on the outside and then the seaweed, and it's got cream cheese, jalapenos, avocado, and smoked salmon in the middle, and it's rolled in fried onions on the outside.
But to roll the sushi, what do I need and how do I make the rice?
