What things need to be addressed in relation to a project success?

In a project ,most people think if we can complete the target under target budget ,delivered on time .But,we still need tnink more,as the Q. say,waht should be informed or considered in a successful project?

First item, People think. They are assuming. Rule #1 in management is DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING.

You have a Target, Date, & Budget.

You need a Business Plan, it can be simple. A business plan will involve your fixed & variable expenses. Also, productivity, and forecasts, in relation to time. If have people under you, you need to get them on your side, FIRST. What do they lack? Viewers won't like this but TEAM is not a good word. Group is better. Once you finalize your business plan, you can make decisions for people above you. Whatever happens, have you ever heard of "The Pareto Principle'? Definition: 80% of your productivity and income will come from 20% of your people.

In 1920, the US taught the Japanese how to produce. Today, US managers have forgotten this fact.

Pay particular attention to ALL workers, and help them improve.

Example: I built a Body Shop in Saudi Arabia from 1992 to 1995. I increased net income, 514% in 3 years. I did the above. Hourly productivity increased minus 0 to 120%, consistently, (Monthly) This was a 3 Million Dollar project at the time.

Oh, I forgot, don't forget the Rolaids.
