What things should I put in my volleyball bag when I go to practice?

definitley volley shoes, shorts, tshirt, socks, towel, knee caps, large bottle of water or energy drink, and some type of cream to help remove pain from your muscles(for after training) the rest enjoy:)

I would put the basic necessities like:

-water!!!! or gatorade.  gatorade makes me feel sick if im working hard :D

-sweatpants for after practice

-hairties

-pre-wrap for hair.  if u have bangs

-spandex

-long socks (volleyball socks)

-bath and bodyworks spray so i don't smell like bo afterwards

-volleyball shoes, or at least different ones from what you wore in to practice

-kneepads

And anything else that would make practice easier or more comfortable for you!!

Knee pads, water, hair-ties. And of course your change of clothes to practice in.

some asprin extra underwear and clothes preferably thongs if possible

you should put knee pads, a volleyball, hair clips/elastics, your practice clothes, WATER! I also always have pre wrap and spray! =) have fun
