What things(stuff i already have at home) can i use to wash my car?

Question

I'm bored,and washed my car wednesday at a car wash,but it didn't really get clean for whatever reason(i used the foam brush&rinse)

anyhoo,what stuff will work?

I use liquid laundry soap. its not real harsh and your car smell nice

Dish Detergent.

Water.

Windex.

Towels to dry.

For interior - wipes designed for cars or baby wipes.

a sponge, a bucket, and some dish detergent! use old towels to dry off your car and windows so they don't get water marks after it dries

DO NOT use dish detergent.  It will eat the clear coat.  This is why they make special soap for washing your car.  You wouldn't wash your clothes with dish soap
