  1. It explains how some people are able to fly. They throw themselves at the ground and miss. It has something to do with 42.

  2. It's a reference to "A Hitch-hiker's Guide To The Galaxy". In it, there was a machine that could give the answer to the ultimate question. That answer was 42.

  3. In numerology, the number 42 represents 4 + 2 which equals six. Now the number 6 represents the material man, or matter. In the bible, it is expressed as the number of a man, also the number of the beast. 666, which is also 9's reversed. But that's another number.

  4. It is the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything.

The Ultimate Question is "What do you get if you multiply six by nine?"

The fact that ultimate question and the ultimate answer do not appear to match is evidence that the universe is fundamentally messed* up.

    *not the original word used

  5. It'a a reference to the novel series: 'The Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy' by Douglas Adams. Try giving it a read...it's hilarious.

  7. 42 is the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything

  8. Read the "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" series.  You will get a laugh and probably understand a bit more (or m,aybe less) about the Universe, the Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster, Trillian, Arthur Dent and Slartibartfast, the designer of fjords at the planet factory.

See you at the Big Bang Burger Bar. Don't forget your towel.

  9. This is in reference to the book by Douglas Adams:

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
