What three places are a must for traveling to Ireland?

I am traveling from Dublin to Galloway and am going to take the long south route. What suggestions can you give? What are some fun places to go for an adult?

No idea where Galloway is so I think it is Galway. On the southern route I'd see Bunratty Castle and the Folk park (Limerick) , Blarney Castle and The Burren.

Actually, take the Northern route. See Belfast , TheGiants Causeway and Donegal.
