What three resources come from the ocean??

im doing a project and i need to know...what 3 resources come from the ocean and which out of the 3 comes from Long Island Sound??? PLEASE HELP ME!!! MY GRADE AND MY COLLEGE R AT STAKE!!!!!!!!

Ok well there are 5 resources that you can get from the ocean..

1) Minerals

2) Food

3) Energy

4)Oil

5) Fresh Water

And Long Island Sound is known for commerical fishing so im guessing its the food resource..thts wat i found anyway

Seafood (clams, fish, mussels, dulce etc), water (refer to hydrologic cycle), salt (for example sea salt evaporated from sea water in Bonaire).
